The following is a link to a training video that will walk you through how to sell gift cards in BPA Restaurant Pro.
Note: Retail customers, the process is pretty much the same. You should be able to use this tutorial as well. Just go to POS Manager Functions –>Define Menu Items to add the Gift Card button to the screen.
