California Food Handler Law Goes Into Effect July 1

Jun 27, 2011

Only July 1, all restaurant employees in California will be required to show proof that they have received food safety training.  Employees will need to have a California Food Handler Card to work in a restaurant or food service company.

To receive a California food handler card, your employees will need to score at least 70 on the food safety training test.
