How Does SMS Notifications Work?

1. Get Setup With StoreView And Contact Us To Enable Text Messages

Text messages are sent using StoreView which is completely free to setup and use. To setup a StoreView account, contact us or learn more here!

2. Configure The Messages You Want BPA To Send

Configure what the text messages say in the Customer Notifications dropdown in the Guest & Web Tab in Miscellaneous Definitions.

3. Server Inputs Customer Info

The server inputs the customers phone number.

4. Server Sends SMS Notification

When the customers table or order is ready, the server can send a text to the customer through their BPA Point of Sale.

OR

5. Customer Receives Text

The customer receives a text informing them when they join the waitlist, when their table is ready, or when their order is ready for pickup.
